If you are experiencing difficulties using the shopping cart or gallery portions
of luxphoto.com please refer to this help guide for common solutions.
1. Your Browser does not allow cookies
In order to take advantage of the gallery section of luxphoto.com you must ensure that your browser allows cookies.
To enable cookies in Internet Explorer complete the following steps:
- Choose the tools menu option at the top of the screen and click on the tab
labeled "Internet Options"
- From this area choose the tab labeled "Privacy"
- Move the scroll down to the option that says "Medium"
- Click the "ok" button to save your settings
2. Your browser does not automatically update pages
The gallery section of luxphoto.com uses dynamic code to automatically update your
shopping cart and the gallery each time you make a change.
If your browser does not automatically update the pages then the dynamic code cannot display the proper information
back to you.
To enable your browser to automatically update pages in Internet Explorer complete the following steps:
- Choose the tools menu option at the top of the screen and click on the tab
labeled "Internet Options"
- Stay within the "general" tab and click the button labeled "settings" in the "Temporary Internet Files" section
- In the area that says "Check for newer versions of stored pages" click the radio button that says "automatically"
- Click the "ok" button to save your settings
- Click the "ok" button to exit the area and save your settings
